党和国家对教育十分重视党的“十八大”、国家“十二五”规划明确指明了发展教育的重要性。教育部于2013年8月专门成立教育部教育装备工作小组。

在包括教育部在内的八大部委共同主办的科博会上举办教育装备展，将极大的借助科博会的权威性和影响力宣传和推广教育装备科。
